The whole smoky issue was a joke becuase they should have never paid that amount anyway, he made out better coming here and bitching that he didn't read their rules than the people who actually hit the bet at the track - #1 because an extra ticket in the pool would have lowered the payoff for everyone and #2 if you hit a bet at those odds you would have taxes withheld.
